Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise noted and are subject to change without notice.
The Fire Depot reserves the right to correct pricing errors, typographical errors, or inaccuracies at any time, including after an order has been submitted. If an error is identified after an order has been placed, customers will be notified and provided the option to proceed with the corrected pricing or cancel the order for a full refund.
- Order Acceptance and Cancellation
Receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of an order. The Fire Depot reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Product availability issues
- Pricing or description errors
- Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions
- Shipping restrictions
- Compliance with applicable laws or regulations
If an order is cancelled after payment has been processed, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping and Delivery
Shipping dates and delivery estimates are provided as a convenience only and are not guaranteed.
The Fire Depot is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather events, supply chain interruptions, customs processing, acts of God, or circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to the purchaser upon transfer of the shipment to the carrier.
Customers are responsible for inspecting shipments upon receipt and reporting any shortages, damages, or discrepancies within five (5) business days of delivery.
- Returns and Exchanges
Products may be eligible for return or exchange in accordance with The Fire Depot’s Return Policy.
Returned items must generally be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition unless otherwise approved by The Fire Depot.
Special order items, custom products, personalized products, clearance items, and certain safety equipment may not be eligible for return. See Return Policy for details.
- Professional Use Disclaimer
Many products sold by The Fire Depot are designed for use by trained firefighters, emergency responders, rescue personnel, industrial safety professionals, and other qualified individuals operating in hazardous environments.
The Fire Depot does not certify, warrant, or guarantee that purchasers or end users possess the knowledge, training, certifications, physical capabilities, or qualifications necessary to safely operate or utilize products purchased through our website or retail location.
